Our first priority is to avoid evictions wherever possible. To avoid the lengthy, expensive, and confusing nature of the legal procedure, we strive to find a mutually beneficial solution whenever possible.
Our eviction attorney will begin the procedure of an unlawful detainer or eviction if it is deemed appropriate. For the purpose of recouping all past-due rent, fees, and expenditures, our lawyers will file a lawsuit, and we'll work with a collection agency to collect every dollar owed.
